Gary Price is a native of Wilson, North Carolina. After his graduation from law school he returned to North Carolina and worked in private practice in Winston-Salem and Raleigh. He left private practice and worked for the next 7 years as a prosecutor. While in the district attorney's offices in Shelby and Lumberton, NC, he experience in trial in DWI, traffic, felony drug and narcotic offenses.

Gary Price manages the Smith Dickey Smith Hasty and Dempster law offices in Lumberton, North Carolina. He concentrates in the areas of DWI, traffic and felony criminal defense. His civil practice is concentrated in the area of protecting the rights of persons personally injured by the negligence of others.
