Bernard P. Condlin was raised in Syracuse, New York. He received his Bachelor of Science, in Business Management from Lemoyne College. He received his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law.

Prior to joining Smith, Dickey, Smith, Hasty and Dempster having worked in a private practice after years concentrating in criminal, traffic and tax foreclosures. He then gained experience as a prosecutor in the District Attorney's office where he prosecuted as a trial attorney in Superior, District and Juvenile courts.

His practice focuses in the area of criminal law in State and Federal court with a concentration cases concerning traffic violations, driving while impaired (DWI) offenses, misdemeanors and felonies. He is a zealous advocate for his client's rights and is an invaluable asset to Smith, Dickey, Smith, Hasty & Dempster.
