Ann E. Kulich is the daughter of a retired LTC in the U.S. Army and has lived all over the world. However, a lot of time has also been spent in Fayetteville, NC and she considers this her home town. She received her Bachelor of Arts, in Public Relations and Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2000. She received her law degree from Campbell University, Norman A. Wiggins School of Law in 2003.

Prior to joining Smith, Dickey, Smith, Hasty & Dempster she interned at the District Attorney's office in Lee County, North Carolina.

Her practice focuses in the area of family law including divorce, separation, child custody, child support, alimony, and property distribution.
